Our Story
The concept of Ulu Bags came to life in Bali after meeting a group of women who were hand-making rattan bags for their community. We were immediately inspired by these women, and set out to design bags that would showcase their craftmanship in trendy yet minimal fashion pieces. To achieve this, we created our bags using carefully selected natural material woven into designs that are right on trend – without any overt branding.
As a brand, we are committed to pursuing sustainable fashion, which is why all Ulu Bags are vegan and environmentally-friendly. Our bags are also designed to take you from day-to-evening, and are the perfect piece for your next trip to the beach, patio drinks with friends, or that next tropical vacay.
