When we started Ulu Bags, we wanted to build a brand to help support the women creating these bags and other women around the world who are working to support themselves and their families This is why we donate 5% of profits to the CARE organization. By purchasing a bag from Ulu Bags, you are helping make a difference in the lives of these women.
Where do you ship in the world?
We ship worldwide (with the exception of Russia, Indonesia)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within North America costs $6.95
For the rest of the world, shipping costs are$14.95, unless otherwise stated.
How long will it take to receive my bag?
If you are in North America, your shipping time is only about 3-4 business days. Once an order is processed (usually only takes 24-48hrs) your bag is en-route to you! So after you place your order, you should expect to receive it within 4-6 business days.
Do I have to pay for taxes and international duties?
There are some orders, depending on your country, where you will have to pay import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, these costs are out of our control and we are not responsible for any of those duties/taxes that may be incurred. If you’re worried about these potential additional costs, we encourage you to reach out to your local customs office.
Product Guarantee
Ulu Bags values the quality and longevity of our products and materials. Please let us know if you have any concerns or issues regarding your bag, as we are happy to replace items that have not lived up to the quality we value, or arrive damaged.
Is there any real leather on any of your bags?
No. Our bags are made from vegan-friendly materials.
Are your bags made from REAL rattan?
Yes. We use Rattan Grass for all of our Rattan bags.
Can I return my bag?
If, for whatever reason, we shipped the wrong bag, the wrong size or the bag arrives damaged - reach out to our support at hello@ulubags.com and provide your full name & order number. Please note, you must contact us via the email above within 14 days of your order delivery.
Where are your bags from?
Our team manufactures our bags in beautiful Bali, Indonesia.
Do you really donate 5% of profits to CARE?
Yes! At the end of each year, we donate 5% of profits to support women and girls in developing countries lift themselves and their families out of poverty and out of crisis.
