Where do you ship in the world? 

We ship worldwide (with the exception of Russia, Indonesia).

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping within North America costs $6.95.

For the rest of the world, shipping costs are$14.95, unless otherwise stated. 

How long will it take to receive my bag?

If you are in North America, your shipping time is only about 3-4 business days. Once an order is processed (typically within 24 - 48hrs) your bag is en-route to you! After you place your order, you should expect to receive it within 4-6 business days. 

*Please note, if the incorrect shipping address is entered, we can correct it within 24hrs, otherwise you are responsible for any additional shipping costs* 

Do I have to pay for taxes and international duties? 

The US: All customs, duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost.

International: There may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. Unfortunately, these costs are out of our control and we are not responsible for duties or taxes that may be incurred. If you’re worried about these potential additional costs, we encourage you to reach out to your local customs office. 



Product Guarantee

Ulu Bags values the quality and longevity of our products and materials. Please let us know if you have any concerns or issues regarding your bag, as we are happy to replace items that have not lived up to the quality we value, or arrive damaged.

What is rattan?

Rattan is a naturally renewable palm plant that is similar to bamboo. Our rattan bags are made by a process of weaving the rattan palm leaves together.

Is there any real leather on any of your bags?

No. Our bags are made from vegan-friendly materials. 

Are your bags made from REAL rattan? 

Yes. We use rattan leaves for all of our rattan bags.

Will the bag I get be the same color liner as in the website photos?

Because each bag is handmade, this means no bag is the exact same. Your product may have slight variations in the color and the material used in the lining may be a different color. 


Can I return my bag? 

If, for whatever reason, we shipped the wrong bag, the wrong size or the bag arrives damaged - reach out to our support at and provide your full name & order number. Please note, you must contact us via the email above within 14 days of your order delivery.

Our team manufactures our bags in beautiful Bali, Indonesia.
